Massage therapy can be used to compliment physiotherapy in a treatment plan or can stand on its own to rehab certain injuries, improve lymphatic drainage, provide relaxation and restore function.

  • Preparing for birth, while pregnant or in the postpartum period

Massage therapy can also be used alongside breath-work to help reduce anxiety and depression whilst improving circulation.
