Meet Trail Physio

Trail Physio was created as a way to help those of Millbrook, Ontario and surrounding areas become confident in moving their bodies and reap the benefits of a healthy and pain free existence. Gary and Laine wholeheartedly believe in the power of movement, regardless of age, ability or reason.

We bring our cumulative experience in orthopaedics, neurological and pelvic health to address you as a whole person alongside your concerns, and tailor our treatments to reflect that.

Whether you’re getting ready for a race, preparing for pregnancy, recovering postpartum or from a musculoskeletal injury, we are here to help make that transition as smooth as possible while providing you with the tools to keep you on the path to wellness.

Our mission is to encourage people of all ages and abilities to keep moving. We believe that physical activity alongside nutrition and psychosocial balance is paramount in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

We are passionate in showing clients how to better connect with their bodies and guide them into the best version of themselves. Every person should be able to live an active lifestyle without aches and pains limiting them.
