Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is your first step on your Journey to Wellness. Physio is a primary care, registered health care profession that pin points the root cause of your pain, problem, or injury.

Treatments restore movement, function and well being.

Physiotherapy can help you go beyond basic recovery, and make you feel stronger and healthier overall. It is an active and engaging therapy where the therapist and patient work together.

A physician or another health professional may refer you, but as physiotherapy is an autonomous profession referrals are not necessary. In general your therapist will assess and diagnose your problem, then set up a treatment plan that suits your needs. It is unique to each person and their problem, so if you want to learn more about how physiotherapy can help you, contact us.
